Greetings, March
Keep shining, Sunshine!
This week for me has been emotionally heavy, with last Friday being the 4th anniversary since my older brother, Fitz died.
And hasn’t the news this week been frenetic? I can’t keep up. What with the sudden war in Iran, that shocking report about the state of NHS maternity and neonatal care, The BAFTAs (whoop whoop for Sinners!), and the BAFTA & BBC N-word shambles 🤨, The Green Party winning their first by-election and The Brits (Isn’t Olivia Dean divine?.)
With regard to the conflict with Iran, my heart goes out to everyone affected by the military action in the Middle East right now. I know a few people trapped, it’s heartbreaking for them, and their families. Like you, I’m praying for a swift end to the missiles.
This weekend I figured I didn’t want to keep you trapped with me in the heaviness of it all. Instead I present you a new episode of my podcast!
Episode Three

And you can also get my trackers here: one to track your symptoms and one to keep tabs on your periods (menstrual cycle).
Then it means you have evidence in black and white about how you’re feeling, and what you’re going through.
I know the world feels like it’s spinning off its axis right now, so please stay as well and as calm as you can.
Let me leave you this from Dawn French off IG. It did make me chuckle.
Until next week
Marv
