So many unanswered questions, but also his legacy, a legacy of bravery. He had reinvented himself so many times in his life, and he did it all on his own. And although we didn’t always understand his
So sorry for your loss of your beautiful brother. I understand and can feel the pain after loosing both my parents within 18 months. I like how you speak about Fitz as if he is still here. I do this with my folks as to me they are still here just not physically.
That was a lovely tribute. I hope the memories help u through and keeps you smiling.❤️🙏🏾
Hi Sonia, thanks for your comment. I appreciate the time you've taken to do that. Particularly as you lost your parents so close together. The pain I imagine never leaves you. It waxes and wanes. Glad you feel the benefit of speaking to them as if they still with us. I believe their souls are, their personalities and quirks. We carry them within us. I believe cherishing memories of them, as well as us hearing and listening out for their voices are sure-fire ways to keep those we've lost close to us xxx
Oh Marv. So very sorry for the loss of your brother. I only have one brother and the thought of losing him, the only person from my beginnings left. You are such a star. Hopefully we can meet up one day for that glass of Bordeaux xxxx Annie
Maverine, so sorry to hear about your brother. Loss is not easy to talk about, and you will always ask "why" but there is never an answer 😞. May your brother Fitz alway walk in sunshine, he is forever looking down on you, and he will always forever be in your heart ❤️. Bless 🙏🏾🙏🏾
Majorie, thanks so much for commenting. What you said about the why is spot on. I have so many unanswered questions, and I held a ton weight of guilt up until very recently. I had to grow to accept the fact that I would never get any answers. Remembering him the best way we can is what matters most now xxxx
